Cheesecake
TASTY CHEESECAKE WITH NO ADDED SUGAR

4 pc portions
- 500 g cottage cheese 1,5%
- 300 g vanilla quark, unsweetened
- 2 dl egg white
- 2 tbsp fibre husk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- dl chickpea flour
- 1 tsp bitter almond flavour
- 200 g Vanilla
- 0.5 tsp granulated stevia or similar sweetener without energy
- 1 dl raspberries
- 1 dl blueberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mash the berries and mix in granulated stevia. Refrigerate.
Pour the other ingredients (not the protein pudding) into a bowl and mix well using a spoon. Distribute the batter in an ovenproof dish, cover with aluminium foil, and bake in the lower part of the oven for about 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes or so, until the cheesecake is nice and golden brown. Let the cake cool for a while before serving it. Top with vanilla pudding and mashed berries.
