Cheesecake with nutella cream
A DELICIOUS CHEESECAKE – PERFECT AS A WEEKDAY DESSERT

CHEESECAKE BATTER
- 1 dl Vanilla
- 100 cream cheese, 5%
- 0.75 quark, 1% fat
- 1.5 tbsp granulated stevia or similar sweetener without energy
- 1 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder
TOPPING
- 1 st Hazelnut Caramel
- Coconut flakes for garnishing
INGREDIENTS NUTELLA CREAM
- 2 msk Chocolate
- 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 0.5 tbsp granulated stevia or similar sweetener without energy
Instructions
Add all the ingredients for the cheesecake batter into a bowl and mix with a hand blender to a smooth batter. Mix all the ingredients for the nutella cream. Add a little bit lukewarm water until you get the preferred texture. Chop the bar. Layer with cheesecake batter, nutella cream, and chopped bar pieces in glasses. 2–3 layers. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Sprinkle some coconut flakes and protein bar pieces before serving.
