INGREDIENTS
- 1 dl cottage cheese 1.5%
- 100 g Vanilla
- 1 dl frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
Thaw the berries and mash them with chia seeds. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese and protein pudding. Top with the strawberry and chia seed mix.
