Pancake cake
MAKE YOUR WEEKEND BREAKFAST MORE FUN WITH PROTEIN PANCAKES IN CAKE FORM!

INGREDIENTS PANCAKE BATTER
- 1 dl oat flakes
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.75 tbsp granulated stevia or similar sweetener without energy
- 2 msk Vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk/any milk
- 0.5 tbsp coconut oil for frying
VANILLA CUSTARD
- 100 plain quark, 0.2% fat
- 100 g Vanilla
- 1 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder
TOPPING
- fresh berries, e.g. strawberries and coconut flakes
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the pancake batter. Add coconut oil in a frying pan and make thin pancakes. Let them cool. Mix the vanilla custard in a bowl. Add pancakes and vanilla custard in layers to a cake and top with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
